  1. Regular Trimming : Trim your hair every 6-8 weeks to prevent split ends and maintain healthy growth.
  1. Hair Washing: Use a sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner to retain natural oils. Avoid washing hair every day to prevent dryness.
  1. Hydration: Drink plenty of water to keep your hair hydrated from the inside out.
  1. Healthy Diet: Eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals like biotin, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids.
  1. Scalp Care: Massage your scalp regularly to stimulate blood flow and promote hair growth.
  1. Protective Hairstyles: Use styles that protect the ends of your hair, such as braids or buns, especially while sleeping.
  1. Avoid Tight Hairstyles: Prevent hair breakage and traction alopecia by avoiding tight ponytails or braids.
  1. Use Silk or Satin: Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and prevent hair breakage.
  1. Heatless Waves: Create beachy waves by braiding damp hair before bed and unravelling in the morning. Or dividing dry hair into sections, gently twist the hair ino small buns and affix with a pin. Unravel curls and waves in the morning.
  1. Messy Bun: Create a chic messy bun by pulling your hair into a loose ponytail, twisting it around the base, and securing it with pins.
