My journey began in childhood inspired by my mother’s timeless elegance and beauty rituals. I played with thick waxy lipsticks and rich creams in glass jars on her dressing table. My earliest “formulas” were made of garden soil, water and chalk tested reluctantly by my older brother!
As I grew older, I developed skin sensitivities and reactions to conventional beauty products. My hair became dry and unbalanced, affected by stress and hormonal changes. Searching for a solution, I studied ingredient labels with names that I did not recognise so could not trust.
